Summer is definitely doing it’s very best to hang on, which means I can still have fun and play around with my summer wardrobe. Although I’m sitting here waiting to wear all my jackets, I am still excited to be able to pull some gorgeous boho pieces out. Like this beautiful asymmetrical maxi skirt, with its gorgeous floral pattern and contrasting hem line it’s is a fabulous piece to continue wearing till the very end!

It’s light weight, flows around you as you walk and highlights your figure being that it is high waisted, overall just a beautiful skirt. Styling it was pretty simple as I just went along with the bohemian vibe the skirt offers, pairing it with a gorgeous off white sheer button up tied above the waist, giving it an added lushness with some skin showing as well as a bit of a plunged neckline. Accessory wise I had the pleasure of using some absolutely stunning gold, stone studded and gem embellished jewels from a fabulous designer, they are the perfect compliment to this outfit and really tie it all together. Finishing it off with leather roman inspired sandals a brown belt placed at the waist and a simple yet cute striped straw clutch in complimenting colors. This is one of the things I adore about fashion, styling and just generally playing around with clothes is how broad the range is and how vastly different styles and outfits can be depending on how you style and accessorize them. You can take a simple yet beautiful skirt and style it in a way that almost tells a romantic story of love and travel with its soft and hard accessories. They is just so much to experiment with and that is truly where the fun happens.

* a little bit of history - the arches within these photos are ancient aqueducts created in 37-4BC for the purpose of transporting water from the rivers and sea to inland villages, and it did so for over 1200 years. I find this absolutely amazing and I am so blessed to be able to live in Israel, to be able experience and to be so close to such incredible history.
